There are three motivation drivers when it comes to unleashing your potentials: money, accountability and culture. Each of the three has their own pros and cons which relatively results in your level of growth for your potentials. With that being said, which is the key in sky rocketing your potentials?

32.2 In Search of the Key

32.2.1 Money

Money is a powerful motivation drive. So powerful that without it, we are unable to survive in this fast-pace economic world. So powerful yet at the same time so fragile. So fragile that focusing on money alone will drift you away from having a sense of purpose. Money is king, but money is not everything.

32.2.2 Accountability

Accountability is a strong motivation drive. It provides a sense of purpose - an attachment of fulfilment. It keeps you to be on-going; it keeps you to be engaged; it drives you to strive for the sense of fulfilment. Accountability - it provides you the sense of engagement and fulfilment.

32.2.3 Culture

Culture is very unique and often overlooked; culture is an intangible motivation drive. Its nature of intangibility makes it overlooked and forgotten. What is culture? Culture can be split into many elements for us to identify it, but to make it simple:

Culture is an embedment of vision and mission into the individual/ organization's action, speech and intention.

After understanding all three motivation drivers, which do you think is the key? There really is no singular driver that makes it into the key. Only when all three motivation drivers are combined then will it result into your key.
