18.1 What is "Reinvent Your Lifestyle"?
Has it ever come to our minds whether or not our current lifestyle is the life we really sought to live in? Can it be better and changed? Be it either yes or no, let's give it an insightful thought on how and why it can be changed. This article emphasizes on reinventing the way we live our lives through the inner and outer self-reflections approach.
18.2 The Self-Reflections
18.2.1 The Intention
It begins with having the intention. Intention can be sparked through various means which the norm would be having taken advises from a really close contact or even the intention of wanting to change ourselves. The cycle then begins, wherein the intention will spark to recognize our current mentality.
18.2.2 The Mentality
Our mentality is what defines our lives as it is the source of our thoughts. Basically, mentality can be viewed as being diverged into two perspectives namely positive and negative. Both coexist within every one of us. The question is which perspective overpowers another? Our mentality is the first and foremost key to other consequent self-reflections.
18.2.3 The Speech and Action
Speech and action are produced as a result from our mentality. These two languages, apart from the inner thoughts, can also be used to measure our mentality's perspective. Both languages are trusted measurements as they are our firsthand source of outer self-reflections from our mentality.
18.2.4 The Habits
Habits refer to our routines. Have a careful look on our routines and assess: In which perspective do they fall into? Put it simply, does a specific routine would affect positively or negatively? Habits can be used for outer self-reflection once we have identified its effects to both ourselves and our surroundings.
18.2.5 The Lifestyle
Our lifestyle is the final measurement of our outer self-reflection. It reflects our life in its totality. As we think, speak, act, and build a habit from all those, we will then subconsciously materialize our mentality through our surroundings. It consists of everything that surrounds us including what and how we manage our surroundings, and also how our close contacts react to us. These are two over countless instances that act as a measurement to our outer self-reflection.
