17.0 Are You a Leader Potential?

17.1 What is "Are You a Leader Potential?"
To be a leader in both personality and status, we should ask ourselves this question: What qualifies a person to be a leader? In other words, what are the prerequisite characteristics one should possess to become a leader? Anyone has the potential to be a leader once you have recognized and possess the prerequisite characteristics. Basing on the Founder's experience and observations, this article will discuss on the basic characteristics one should possess to be a leader.

17.2 The Foundations
17.2.1 Self-accountability
Generallly, accountability can be perceived as having commitment to achieving the goal of a task. Self-accountability, in a perspective, can be defined as having independence, pursuance on result, and being accountable to tasks and goals. It is one of the two most basic characteristics any person should possess as it relates to your producing the result.
17.2.2 Team Player
Being a team player is a key to working in any kinds of organization - i.e. family, society, company, etc. In a perspective, being a team player means you are there to support your team partners as they should be vice versa. It is the another of the two most basic characteristics any person should possess as it relates to how you produce the result. Here is a food for thought:

17.2.3 Decision-making
How do you make decisions? Under what basis do you come down to in making the decision? The necessities in decision-making are being decisive and the ability to identify calculative risks. Identifying calculative risks differ in different scenarios, wherein they have been outlined in a past article.
17.2.4 Time Management
The ability to manage tasks is very important as time escalates. Managing tasks lies in between the two deciding elements of importance and urgency. This characteristic, as much as the other three, creates a fine line for a person in whether or not he/ she is a leader potential.

17.3 The Evolutions
What are the evolutions? The evolutions refer to your personalized leadership which differentiates one to another. It is your core competency. How do you evolve it? It starts with recognizing your personality. Recognize it, and build your leadership skills basing on that.
