This is a simple yet vital topic. It circulates on three cores - clarity, simplicity and diagram/ visualisation - in presenting a project either beforehand implementation or its aftermath. Visualize the simulation of you as an individual presenting your project(s) towards the audience such they may be professors, top management, and even instructors.

8.1 The Powerful Presentation
There are three cores to take note in having a powerful presentation namely Clarity, Simplicity and Diagram/ Visualization.
8.1.1 Clarity
Clarity is a powerful element to keep in mind. It is vital in all sorts of communication. Make your message clear, do not use any jargon - a word that is specially known only within a particular circle of community such as an organization's management understands what Asset's Liquidity is defined, but not the public - that is alien within your audience's knowledge. Use words that can be comprehended by your audience. Rephrasing that sentence: Use words that can be understood by your audience. Now, which is easier to understand? One of the knowledgeable wise people said:
"Communicate to your associates with respect to their level." - Mufti Ismail Menk
Surely, using powerful words boast your intelligence in the audience's perspective, but futile should they are unable to understand your message.
8.1.2 Simplicity
How to simplify your presentation? Organize it. There are many sorts of methodology for organizing your presentation, but a simple and widely used is the chronological methodology. Juxtapose your sub-topics accordingly, and you may practice a comparison presentation when appropriate. For instance, positive elements versus negative elements. Keep in mind to not mix various types of sorting methodology into a topic as it puzzles the audience and leaves poor reputation of yourself. The key point here is to simplify your message for your audience's understanding.
8.1.2 Diagram/ Visualisation
This is a very crucial tool in having a powerful presentation. It works as an overall picture of your topic. Use a visual - i.e. picture, diagram, graph, etc. - in piloting your presentation, and elaborate on the key points with clarity and accordingly. You presenting a topic by using only visualization(s) leaves a powerful reputation of yourself in the audience's perspective. Why? It shows that you thoroughly have done your homework on the topic and understands it as a whole.
In a nutshell, to have a powerful presentation, we need to empower ourselves in having (1) clarity, (2) simplicity, and (3) visualization in transmitting our message effectively and powerfully.
I hope this topic will benefit you as much as it has benefited myself, la hawla wala kuwatta ila billah. Insha'Allah, the next topic will be posted in the near future.
