In discussing this topic, we will firsthand look into the matter by referencing to the concept of Cause and Effect relative to happiness at work. The Cause for us to work is widely subjective to each individual, and by norm a Cause becomes the primary drive for being part of the workforce. Its aftermath, the Effect, is a dependent output resulting from the mixture of Cause and other variables. Equating it would be “Cause + Variables = Effect”. The Variables are the driving key to being happy at work, in other words, your effort in working passionately.
