1.0 3 Cores in Implementing a Project

1.1 What is "3 Cores in Implementing a Project"?

The three cores - intention, speech, and action - are originally taken from the knowledge in Islam, subhanallah, which can be practiced in various aspects in our daily life. Its origin is for the purpose of identifying a muslim's level of iman (faith). These cores can be seen as a trigger to initiate a project or even a mere action. On another basis, it can be used to combat procrastination.

1.2.0 The Three Cores

1.2.1 Intention

The first core to be discussed is intention because the root of all actions and speeches is intention. Subconsciously  our intention already exists in performing an act or giving speech. Nevertheless, to have identified our intention beforehand the other two cores would consciously keep us on track, thus, not slipping away from our objective in performing the other two cores. Intention can be either good or bad, whom Allah s.w.t. (glorified and exalted be He) has instilled unto us - servants of His - that is freewill.

1.2.2 Speech

After identifying our intention, the second core will be speech. In giving a speech, or preferably to be called WOM - words of mouth - an individual or a party may use it to gain ideas, advertise, knowledge, complaints, influence,  and other possible aftermath of giving speech. Let's take the examples of gaining ideas and advertise. Gaining ideas and advertise go hand in hand as they can be perceived for getting the public's attention to gain ideas or even new partners to partake in performing the respective project.

1.2.3 Action

Last but not least, action is to be performed in following the sequences of launching a project. This last core can be seen as the most vital as the result of an action varies on courses of action we take. Comparatively, we are in an adventure in going from point A to B. There are many routes faced by us to opt, and each route has its own pros and cons. An instant example, in passing by a mountain, we can either go uphill in a zigzag fashion or straightway fashion. Zigzag fashion is time consuming but a party will encounter miraculous experience, insya'Allah, whereas straightway fashion is a time saver but a party will encounter less experience.

1.3 Event Equation

An idea without Allah s.w.t. (glorified and exalted be He)'s will, will not allow an event to occur (Abu Productive, 2013). However, if His  will, in such case that we are a lazy community, na'uzubillah, is to change us into a better community and partake in activities and live life productively, then it will occur due to He can instill unto us His barakah (blessing), which may spark an idea(s). In realizing an occurred event, we should be thankful to Him for without His will, nothing will take place, Allahu'akbar.

1.4 Project Table
